By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, role, and the company or community you belong to, provided when an account is created or invited.
- Operational data — information you enter to run your community, such as residents, units, leases, maintenance requests, violations, meeting minutes, polls, amenity reservations, and related records.
- Payment information — when you pay dues or subscribe, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction details (amount, status, last four digits).
- Documents you upload — files such as insurance certificates, contracts, inspection reports, and lease agreements.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and log data generated when you use the Service, used for security and reliability.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- To authenticate users and secure accounts;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions;
- To send transactional messages (invitations, password resets, notifications);
- To respond to support requests;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- To comply with legal obligations.

5. Your Privacy Rights (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act)
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives you the right to:
- Access — confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy;
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- Delete — request deletion of your personal data;
- Portability — obtain your data in a portable, readable format;
- Opt out — opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data (we do neither).
To exercise these rights, email help@rezdek.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response. Residents of other U.S. states may have similar rights under their state laws, which we honor where applicable.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you request deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial records).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, tenant isolation, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
